  • Gallium doped 158.75mm mono PERC half cell to guarantee less internal power loss and higher module efficiency (up to 20.5%).
  • Half-Cell series PV module offers better temperature-dependent performance, less shading effect on the energy generation, lower risk of hot spot.
  • Excellent Anti-PID performance guarantee limited power degradation for mass production.
  • High transmittance tempered glass and cell surface textured design ensure excellent performance in low-light environment.
  • Graphene coated glass to make dusts falling down with rain automatically to increase power generation. 
  • Split junction boxes with MC4 compatible connectors are easier for PV system installation.
  • Mechanical load with high strength: front side max. 5400Pa and rear side max. 2400Pa.
  • Three channels of EL automatic detections and power test before packing.
  • 12 years product workmanship warranty and 30 years linear power warranty.
  • Optimal packing solutions for container loading and shipment to ensure products safety during transportation.
