90 concrete mixing plant mixing system is divided into two types
The first:The main machine of HZS90 concrete mixing plant is JS1500 concrete mixer. During the mixing process, the stirring motion of the stirring shaft drives the mixing blades to shear, squeeze and reverse the material in the cylinder to make the materials in the opposite direction. It is fully mixed during strenuous exercise, so it has the advantages of good mixing quality, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
The second:The mixing system of MPC1500 Vertical Shaft Planetary Mixer : The mixing arm is streamlined. In order to reduce the material sticking to the mixing shaft , increase the service life of the mixer, designed with the wear-resistant protective sleeve for the mixer. According to application statistics, this design doubles the service life of the mixing arm . The running track of the mixing arm is more complicated and denser, and there are almost no dead corners for mixing. The mixing of the material is more complete, and the power is strong with low noise. Under the premise of mixing, reduce the energy at the same time. The parallelogram blades of the vertical-shaft planetary mixer can be turned over 180 ° for repeated use, which doubles the utilization . Therefore, the mixing arm of the mixer adopts a clamp-type and the clamping structure.
Batching system
HZS90 concrete mixing plant uses PLD2400 concrete batching machine,
which can effectively ensure the accuracy of cement, sand, stone
and other mix ratios, and further improve the accuracy of weighing
by using electronic weighing system. The top panel of the concrete
batching machine can be lowered or removed as needed, which can
greatly reduce the labor intensity of the loading part and increase
the convenience of construction.
Conveyor system
(1) HZS90 concrete mixing plant lifting hopper is composed of
hoisting mechanism, feeding dragon frame, hopper, feeding nozzle
and other components. The brake motor drives the reel to rotate
through the reducer, and the wire rope climbs along the loading
rack rail through the pulley pulling hopper. When climbing to the
preset height, a pair of rollers on the bottom door of the hopper
enters the water rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door
automatically opens. The material is fed into the mixing drum
through the feed nozzle.
(2) HZS90 concrete mixing plant belt conveyor is an important
equipment for conveying aggregate in concrete mixing plant. The
sand and gravel are transported into the aggregate waiting
warehouse. The length of the belt accounts for 3/4 of the length of
the whole mixing plant equipment. It can be said that the belt The
quality of the conveyor is an important criterion for measuring the
productivity of the mixing equipment.
Control System
The center of HZS90 concrete mixing plant is the control system.
The whole machine is controlled by computer. It can be controlled
automatically or manually. It is easy to operate and easy to
master. Dynamic panel display makes it easy for users to monitor
the operation of each component in real time, and can store and
print report data.
Bolted cement silo
(1) The bolted type cement silo of 90 concrete mixing plant is
designed and produced for the difficulties of packing and packing
of cement silo, difficulty in on-site cylinder making, difficulty
in transfer of construction site, and super high and super wide
transportation. Cement silos (cement tanks) are in line with
industry standards.
(2) The Integral-type cement silo of 90 concrete mixing plant is a
closed tank for storing bulk materials. It is suitable for storing
various bulk materials such as grain, cement and fly ash. The tank
body is equipped with a material level system and can display the
location and amount of the material, the hole device can relieve
the excessive compaction caused by the material deposition for too
long.
(3) The horizontal cement silo of 90 concrete mixing plant has a
cylindrical structure. The bottom is supported by four round tube
legs. The whole silo is in the form of steel structure and welded.
The top is equipped with dust collector and pressure safety valve.
The horizontal cement silo meets the industry standard. The
warehouse body is made of steel plate and grooved hoop, and the
legs are welded by national standard pipe.
(4) The screw conveyor of 90 concrete mixing plant is not only used
in concrete mixing plant (floor), asphalt mixing plant, dry mortar
production line to transport cement, fly ash, mineral powder, dry
sand, etc., but also widely used chemical, building materials,
grain, metallurgy, electric power and other industries transporting
powdery, small granular materials. However, this device is not
suitable for conveying bulky, compressive, bonded or easy-to-knot
materials.
