Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: When the payment is ≤5000USD, 100%TT in advance; when the
payment is ≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , the balance will be paid
before delivery.
Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen city.
Q: Does your factory accept OEM? What's the MOQ?
A: Of course, we always do OEM for our customers abroad. The MOQ
quantity is based on machine model.
What about the after sales service?
12 months guarantee time will be provided. The effective time calculated from the date of BL
1% to 2% free spare parts(PCB or other easy-damage components) to you for your maintenance.
If need any spares urgently,we will send by Courier or by air within machine warranty period.
If you meet any problem which can't be fixed by yourself, we will provide technical support through video.
If any other urgent problem happen, our salesmen and technicians will go to your company to inspect and repair, and offer solutions.
