Product Description

• A one-component quick drying coating with metallic, pearl and xirallic effect.
• MJ-COAT 1K Basecoat  is a fast drying coating with excellent adhesion and good flow characteristics.
• Available in silver, pearl and xirallic colours.

Suitable Substrates:

• All surfaces must be thoroughly sanded and cleaned with a suitable Wax & Grease Remover prior to application.
• Depending on the finish required, apply an appropriate base on which MJ-COAT Basecoat will subsequently be applied.

Notes: Follow recommended flash off and re-coating time of the wet-on-wet primer / basecoat.

Product and Additives:

Number of coats: -3-4 COAT

• Apply one medium to wet coat of the  MJ-COAT Basecoat colour
• Allow 5-10 min to flash off, or until touch dry.
• Apply further two to three even medium to wet coats, with a minimum 50% overlap spray pattern.
• Allow each coat to flash off for 5-10 min at 25°C, before applying the next coat

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: Yes, we are. Our facotry is in Shaoguan, Guangdong, China. It takes one and half hour by car from Guangzhou airpoat to our factory.

Q2: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: According to the actual situaton, we can provied free samples.

Q3: Can you manufacturer the paint under my brand and my logo?

A: We could help to pack and deliver under your brand, but we would require some license from you and we have requirement for the order quantity..

Q4: Is your car paint suitable for our weather?

A: This has been tested by our national wide customers and oversea markets. What’s more, we can adjust the formula as per the climate condition of each local market.

Q5: Can you do customized colors?

A:Yes, we can, but we need the color sample from buyers. Or maybe you can send a picture for us for reference.

Q6: What free advertising materials would you give us if I send you an order? And how many pieces would you give free?

A:We could arrange free advertising materials such as mixing machine, balance/scale, spray gun, display racks, T-shirt, cap, CDs, posters, tinting maps,TDS, color reference cards, mixing rulers…etc.

While the quantity we could offer free is basing on your order amounts.
