RHP series multi-cylinder cone crusher is a new type of cone
crusher developed by our company on the basis of introducing and
absorbing advanced hydraulic cone crusher technology from Europe
and the United States. The cone crusher has low energy consumption
and strong crushing force. It has the characteristics of high
reliability, large production capacity, high degree of automation,

of wearing parts. The machine adopts a high-strength cast steel
frame, alloy material forged main shaft, high-precision
straight-tooth bevel gear transmission structure, combined with a

crushing operations of various hard minerals and rocks. Its

Features
- The frame and main shaft are made of high-strength alloy steel
precision casting and precision forging, which are sturdy and
durable, suitable for the crushing of medium-hard materials.
- This machine chooses a reasonable combination of the high swing
frequency of the cone crushing part and the large eccentric amount
(stroke) of the eccentric sleeve. The passing capacity of this
series of multi-cylinder cone crushers is greatly improved. The
machine can produce under a constant discharge port, avoiding the
fluctuation of the discharge port caused by the single-cylinder
spindle floating up and down during production.
- The specially designed crushing cavity adopts high-energy
lamination theory and inputs greater energy, so that the material
crushing occurs not only between the particles and the liner, but
also between the particles. Therefore, the output is higher, the
wearing parts are relatively less worn, the grain shape of the
product tends to be cubic, and the content of needle flakes is
less.
- Fixed-axis design, the main shaft does not move during operation,
which greatly increases its strength and can obtain greater
installed power, but the weight of the equipment is greatly reduced
compared with traditional cones.
- The two-way iron-passing release hydraulic cylinder can let the
iron block pass through the crushing cavity, and the hydraulic
cleaning of the crushing cavity has a large stroke, and it has
nothing to do with the wear of the lining board, reducing the
workload required to remove the blocked materials in the crushing
cavity.

Working Principle
When the RHP series multi-cylinder cone crusher works, electric
motor drive the belt pulley or the gear shaft to rotate, drive
shaft and cone body make the eccentric shaft periodically
oscillating and rotating around the center axis. After the material
enter into the crushing chamber, they are continuously striking,
grinding and squeezing under the interaction of eccentric shaft and
concave until the material reach the required granularity, and then
discharged from the lower outlet.
