Product Description

Sand recycling machine is widely used in hydropower gravel aggregate processing systems, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production line, dry tailings discharge process, coal cleaning plant coarse slime recovery and environmental engineering (mud purification, etc.), can be an effective solution sand production line recycling issues.
Currently most of the sand production line are wet production process, regardless of what form of using sand washer, its biggest drawback is fine sand (0.35mm or less particles) loss problem is serious, and some even lost 20 % the above. This is not only the loss of yield, but also seriously affect the sand gradation, resulting in unreasonable gradation, fineness modulus increases, greatly reducing the product's quality sand. In concrete mixing not only increases the amount of cement, increase budget costs, and excessive emissions of fine sand, but also wastes the environment. Working Principle

Special centrifugal pump slag sand washing tank water mixture is conveyed to the cyclone, centrifugal classification concentrate of sand through grit mouth to the vibrating sieve dehydration, after vibrating screen dehydration, effective separation of fine sand and water, a small amount of sand, mud hopper by returning back to the cleaning tank, resulting in a mixture of mixed cyclone reflux, was again sent to the cyclone separator.
