SJZS series mini twin screw extruder combines the advantages of the mixer and is a new generation of experimental equipment

It has the following characteristics:

 

1. Low raw material consumption, precise batching, operating temperature from room temperature to 450℃, can work placed on the experimental workbench or fume hood.

2. Easy to operate, good plasticizing and dispersing performance, can be timed cycle extrusion or continuous extrusion, there is gas protection and vacuum exhaust during work process. The barrel can be opened, the screw is removable, easy to clean.

3. Replaced different nose and corresponding auxiliary machines produced by our company, it can produce different shape products such as tube blowing bottle, film, sheet material, profile, spinning, cutting and coating under continuous extrusion state.

4. It can be used with the micro injection machine produced by our company. The material can be directly squeezed into the injection sleeve of the injection machine from the extrusion outlet. And directly injection molding required spline.

5. Suitable for almost all thermoplastic polymer PEEK, PLA, PA, PC, etc., or material add magnetic particles, porcelain powder, graphene, PTFE powder, metal powder, glass fiber (powder can reach nano level)
