Technical descriptions of 3000LPH RO water treatment machine:
The water treatment system is divided into 4 parts: Pre-treatment, RO unit, sterilization parts and matching parts. RO is the core of the system.
Pre-treatment: Raw water pump, Quartz sand filter, Active carbon filter, Sodium
ion exchanger, Cartridge filter, etc. Functions as below:
a, Avoid incrustation generating on membranes surface; ( Includes
Fe3,Fe2,CaCO3,CaCO4,SrSO4,CaF2,SiO2,Fe and Aluminum-oxide) ;
b, Avoid colloidal substance and fluidized bed block up;
c, Avoid organism block up;
d, Avoid microorganism block up;
e, Avoid breakage to membranes from oxidizing substance;
f, Make sure stable water production by RO;
g, Make sure no block up from high hardness;
