Magnetic Separator is used to separate magnetite. hematite,limontie smaller than 3 mm in wet way. it is also used to separate iron in coal, nonmetallic ore, construction industry, etc.
Main Features:
1. Magnetic system is compounded of ferrite and permanent magnets;
the average magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface is
100~600mT
2. The same cylinder can be equipped with three types of tank
adapting to different dressing process.

the load of next process
Working Princle:
Slurry enters chute through ore tank firstly, and then separating
zone by waterpower. Mineral with strong magnetism is absorbed on
the barrel surface, sent to concentrate discharging zone and
discharged Into concentrate box by water effect. Gangue and ore
with weak magnetism are discharged into a pipe in opposite
direction of barrel.
