ASTM Stainless Steel Coil SS304 304L Material Embossed Water Ripple Surface
304l stainless steel coil has a maximum carbon content of 0.030%, similar in properties to 304 Stainless Steel Coil but with higher performance in the sensitized range. Due to its excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after stress relief or welding, 304l stainless steel has a wider range of applications. An ultra-low carbon version of 304l stainless steel is required when welding heavy sections or when an aggressive corrosive environment is present and post-weld annealing is not possible. 304l stainless steel can become sensitive if exposed to operating temperatures of 800℉-1600℉ for prolonged periods of time.
