The automatic nucleic acid extractor is designed based on the membrane separation method. Based on the lysis of the cell membrane, the nucleic acid becomes a macromolecule (combined with nucleic acid) through the adsorption reagent, and the nucleic acid molecule is separated from other biological molecules; then the eluent is used, The nucleic acid is separated into small molecules, and the purified nucleic acid is obtained through the filter membrane. The process is as follows:
(1)  Decomposition: Add a cleavage solution to the sample to break the cell membrane;
(2)  Adsorption: Add an adsorbent to the sample lysate, mix well, and use the specificity of nucleic acid to make it adsorb to the adsorbent, so that molecules such as proteins are not adsorbed, and then use the filter membrane to make nucleic acid molecules and other organisms Molecular separation;
(3)  Washing: Re-washing the adsorbed nucleic acid to remove impurities;
(4)  Elution: Dry the adsorbed nucleic acid, and then transfer it to an elution buffer. The nucleic acid is eluted from the adsorbent and becomes a small molecule form. The purified nuclear acid is obtained through the filter membrane.
The main task of the nucleic acid extractor is to mix the lysing fluid, adsorbent, and washing solution with the blood sample separately, and then fully pipette and empty it, heat it to a specific temperature, and then add the elution solution to the nucleic acid. The entire operation requires accurate positioning of the machine.
