FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
CAUTION: Always be sure that the tool is switched off before adjusting or checking function on the tool.
Switch action

 

Before turning on the power switch, always check that the charger is removed and that the binding arm of the tie machine is open.
►To start the tool, press the power switch and the power indicator is on.
►To stop use, press the power switch again, the switch will pop up and the power indicator is off.

 

 


TYING OD.
The maximum opening of the tie arm is the maximum diameter of the tie and the maximum tie must not exceed 50mm(1.96INCH), otherwise tool damage and / or possible damage.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Make sure that the tool is powered off before performing any assembly operation on the tool.


Check the blade
►Before using the tool, check the blade for wear.
►Slow, worn blades can cause poor cuts, increase the difficulty of using the tool, and shorten its service life.


Adjust or replace the blade
CAUTION: The blade is very sharp, and the replacement or adjustment process must be very careful to avoid scratching your fingers.
►Press the handle slowly and check the upper and lower blades as normal, otherwise follow the method below.

 

1. Unscrew the inner hexagon screw with the attached hexagonal wrench;
2. Let the upper blade stick to the lower blade;
3. Re-tighten the inner hexagon screws.

 

►Make sure to use this thin washer when padded on some tool screws.
►When the upper blade is worn, follow the following method.
1. Remove the hexagon screw by using the attached hexagon wrench;
2. Remove the lock pin;
3. Remove the upper blade mounting seat;
4. Open the screw and replace the new blade;
5. After remounting the blade, install the blade.

 

Install the rope
CAUTION: The tool shall use the specified rope.Other ropes may cause failure to install, tie failure, and / or damage the tool.
►The rope attached with this tool can be used directly and is an example of rope installation and a real sample reference for the purchase of rope.
►If the tie rope is out of replacement, follow the method below.

 

1. Remove the loading plate in the back direction.

 

2. Pull out the loading plate between left and right.

 

3. Install the new rope into the loading plate and press the loading plate.

 

4. Install the rope head up into the tool and wear the rope through the handle and arm according to the figure above (dotted line).Improper installation of rope may cause failure to tie properly or pull out difficult.

 

5. Press the handle to cut off the front material of the rope.

 

OPERATION

1. Turn on the power switch and open the tool binding arm.

 

2. Place the things to be tied into the binding arm.

 

3. Press the handle and release to secure the front end of the rope to the lower blade.

 

4. Open the binding arm and remove the binding arm along with the rope.

 

5. Press the handle again to the end, and the blade cut off the rope and wrap the rope.After the handle is pressed to the bottom, it should be kept for about one second. Too short time may lead to unwinding and loose release; too long time may lead to the winding belt fracture and the binding failure.

 

6. Release the handle and tie complete.

Warnings:

A )Work area safety

1. Keep work area clean and well lit.

B)Electrical Safety

4. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.

6. If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protected supply.
7. Power tools can produce electromagnetic fields (EMF) that are not harmful to the user.

 

C)Personal Safety

1. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
2. Use personal protective equipment.
3. Prevent unintentional starting.
4. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on.
5. Do not overreach.
6. Dress properly.
7. If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.
8. Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become complacent and ignore tool safety principles.

 

D)Power tool use and care

1. Do not force the power tool.
2. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
3. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack, if detachable, from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
4. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
5. Maintain power tools and accessories.
6. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
7. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed.
8. Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease.

 

E)Battery tool use and care
1. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
2. Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs.
3. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another.
4. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact.
5. Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified.
6. Do not expose a battery pack or tool to fire or excessive temperature.
7. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or tool outside the temperature range specified in the instructions.

 

SERVICE
1. Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
2. Never service damaged battery packs. Service of battery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
3. Follow instruction for lubricating and changing accessories.
4. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
