The TCT Circular Saw Blades (Sierras Circulars) are designed with chip limiting devices that without possibility of blade kick back. The blades are suitable for ripping cut & cross cut softwood and hardwood, panels, as well as single sided veneered or plastic-coated board. This is a series of professional construction blade that especially appropriated for cutting boards in carpentry works & construction site.

General cross cut blade, used for cross cutting softwood, hardwood, plywood, chipboard, multi-board, panels, MDF, plated & counted-plated panels, laminate & Bi-laminate, plstic and FRP. Also for rip cutting along the grain Used for sizing saws, table saws, crosscut saws.

Tensioning

To achieve a good cutting result the saw blades must be tensioned to the specific rotation speed and area of use. Tensioning is made by rolling circular tracks into the saw body causing tensions in the steel.

Control of cutting geometry

All final checks are carried out on our CNC controlled measuring machine. Using four cameras giving the highest accuracy of imaging, the machine measures the total cutting geometry of the teeth and the centralization of the tip. Also the machine measures the brazing of the tips and records any deviation which is then passed back to the brazing robots for any adjustments.
