AUTOMATED SURGICAL MASK MAKING MACHINE
This machine is capable of producing 80 to 100 industry standard
surgical face masks every minute. This process is fully automated,
and the product parameters are easily controlled and monitored by
the operating system. Our automated machine continuously assembles
3 layers of non-woven fabric in the following process:
Unwinding rolls of the non-woven web and aligning the materials
Folding the material over the internal string
Forming and welding the mask material, sealing the string on the
inside of the mask
Cutting the roll of masks into individual pieces
Flipping the masks 180 degrees
Placing and welding the elastic ear bands

A: To be honest, we also think the price is very very high now. It
is easy to buy face mask with 0.014USD/pc before the virus
breakout. But now mask production has been affected in China by the
virus, the whole world is short of masks. So, even you pay 1USD/pc,
you can hardly find any suppliers in your local city, cause most of
them bought from China. Mask production capacity is limited, buyers
are far beyond suppliers now. Besides, the raw material, packing
box, shipping cost and labor cost all have being increasing since
weeks ago.
Q7: What’s your payment term?
A: at least, 70% payment before production, 30% payment before
shipping.Best paid in full
Q8: If I order 5pcs, when I can get it?
A: Products in stock they will be arranged in the order of payment.
Receiving time depends on shipping way. If ship by air, it takes
3-7days. If ship by sea, it depends on your destination port.
Q9: Can you shipping to my address? How much for shipping cost?

shipping cost for you.
Q10: Is it available to do customization?
A: Yes, it is acceptable. But we do not suggest you do that at this
moment, customized orders take at least 10 more days to produce
than regular orders.
