Operation process

1. Mineral grains feeded into the mouth of the magnetic bar box. When the mineral particles go through its permanent magnetic bar in a magnetic box, the magnetic materials concluded in the mineral grains are absorbed on the bar because of the magnetic force.

2. And the non-magnetic mineral grains magnet discharge from the discharging mouth, meanwhile it pull the permanent magnetic bar through a cylinder device layer by layer, at the same time, the ferromagnetic material absorbed on the permanent magnetic bar can automatic separate from the mouth of iron removal.

Application scope

It’s suitable for silicate, feldspar, quartz, kaolin and other non-metallic mineral purification and removing impurity.
