Alumina ceramic sheet is mainly used in high-power equipment, IC MOS tube, IGBT SMT thermal insulation, high-frequency power supply, communication, mechanical equipment, strong current, high voltage, high temperature and other products that need thermal thermal insulation.
Alumina can be produced in a range of purities with additives designed to enhance properties.
