SAS Series Ampoule Steam Sterilizer
Overview:
As the sole national R&D center for disinfection & sterilization equipment, GALBINO is the main drafting unit for national and industry standard for sterilization equipment. Now GALBINO is the largest manufacturing base for sterilization and disinfection equipment in the world. GALBINO has passed the certification of ISO9001, CE, ASME and pressure vessel management system.
SAS series ampoule steam sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization, leak detection and washing of ampoules, oral liquid and small-volume IV solution. It uses high pressure steam as sterilizing medium and can realize uniform sterilization between 105℃ and 130℃. Multipoint air removal and heating method is used, which can effectively avoid temperature dead leg caused by cold air in the chamber and ensure uniform and fast heating. After sterilization, vacuum and colored water are used for leakage detection.
