Our Service
1. We accept custom orders. All products are customized according to customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.
2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 7-10 days, rush orders are available.
5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
6. We are strictly with our products quality. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.

Q: HOW DO I RECIIVE A QUOTE?
A: The best and quickest way to get a quote is by visiting the GET
A FREE SAMPLE page of you can visit one of the product pages,
email or chat. You will typically receive your quote within 1-2
business days after submission.
Q: How DO I GET STARTED WITH GETTING MY BOXES/ BAGS PRODUCED?
A: You can request a quote and get started by doing the following:
1) Providing your specification in one of the
product page
2) Sending us an email regarding your project
3) Speak to one of our product specialist
Q: DO YOU HAVE PRICE BREAKS?
A: Generally higher quantities will always result in lower cost per
unit pricing. Please submit a quote or consult one of our Product
Specialists for more details.
Q: CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF LUXURY PACKAGING CUSTOM BOXES/ BAGS
BEFORE PLACE AN ORDER?
A: A ready or custom sample box/ bag before mass production. The
ready sample is free of charge, however, the custom sample will
occur sample charge and refund after getting the order.
Q: WHAT IS CMYK AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR PRINTING?
A: CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black. These colors are
used for generating print outputs. Before boxes/ bags are sent for
printing, it is important that the artwork (on illustrator) is
converted from RGB to CMYK. Not converting the color mode will
result in color variance between what you see on your display
compared to the final product.
Q: HOW SOON WE CAN GET A SAMPLE?
A: Normally the sample production takes about 4-5 work days. In
addition, the express takes 5-7 days.
Q: DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDER?
A: Rush orders may or may not be avaliable for certain periods of
time in the year. Please speak to a Product Specialist for more
information.
Q: WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT TERM?
A: T/T, 50% deposit paid before production, 50% balance paid before
delivery, L/C by sight.
