Compact design makes the rotary screw air compressor easy to move and operate. Compact size makes it possible to apply to various working conditions. Integrated filtering system(air filter, oil filter, oil/air separator, precise filters) makes the compressed air more clean and almost with oil. Compared with normal design screw compressor for laser cutting, the compact design is widely used in metal cutting industry.

How long does the air compressor need to be maintained?
1. 500 hours: When the air compressor runs for 500 hours, the oil filter element and air compressor lubricating oil should be changed for the first time after the new machine is used. Remove the air filter for cleaning and blow it out from the inside out with low pressure compressed air. Do not blow air from the outside to the inside to avoid clogging.
2. 2000 hours: When the air compressor runs for 2000 hours, check whether the pipe joints, bolts and terminal screws are loose, and tighten them if any. Replace the "three filters and one oil". Check all solenoid valves and whether the protection differential pressure switches operate normally.
