[Production date and batch number] Please refer to the inner and outer packaging boxes for details.

[Principle]
The Beta-lactams, Tetracyclines, Cefalexin and Ceftiofur Combo rapid test strip is based on competitive inhibition immuno-chromatographic principle. The antibiotics in the sample bind to colloidal gold labeled specific antibiotic monoclonal antibodies during the flow process, inhibiting the binding of antibodies to the antibiotic BSA conjugate on the NC membrane testing line, resulting in a change in the color of the testing line.

[Required equipment and consumables]
Instrument: 1 set of Incubator; micropipette

[Operation procedures]
1) Read the manual carefully before testing, return test strips and sample into room temperature before use.
2) Take bottles needed from the kit package, take out required microwells and strips, making proper marks, please use it in 1 hour. Seal the cap of the bottles immediately, avoid remaining reagents getting moisture.
3) Use Micro-pipette to take 200µl of the samples into the microwells, then slowly and repeatedly aspirate for 5 times until the mixture is even and there is no solid substance judged by naked eyes (this is a very important step).
4) Incubate at (40±2℃) for 5min, then insert the strip into micro-well, put the end with MAX down into the liquid.
5) Insert the strip into the liquid for 5min, read the results according to the schematic diagram. Please read the results within 1 minute. Interpretation at other times is invalid.
[Test Result Interpretation]

Color depth comparison of T line and C lineResult judgmentResult analysis
T line > C lineNegativeantibiotics residue is lower than detection limit in sample
T line = C lineWeak positiveantibiotics residue is equal to detection limit in sample
T line < C line or T line is invisiblePositiveantibiotics residue is higher than detection limit in sample
C line is invisibleInvalidThe test strip is invalid, test again

[Precautions]
1) The test strip is disposable at room temperature; Do not use expired test strips.
2) Please seal the bottle after taking out required test strips and micro-wells. If can not use all 8 microwells at once, cup the rest and put it back to bottle and sealed.
3) Do not touch the white membrane surface in the middle of test strips, avoid sunlight and fan blowing directly.
4) The milk sample must be a uniform liquid without clumping, souring, or sedimentation.
5) If appear a positive result, recommend use a new strip to test again.
6) For milk sample with high fat content, chromatography is slow, recommending extension the second step for another 1 min.
7). The results are for reference only. If confirmation is required, please refer to relevant national standards and methods;
8). If you encounter any problems during the testing, please contact the supplier.
[Safety performance and garbage disposal]
The test strips and packaging are non-toxic and harmless. After use, dispose of them as dry waste

[Storage and expiry date]
Storage: Store at 2-8 ℃ in sealed, dry, and dark place, no frozen.
