SQ type auto mechanical filter
Brief Introduction:
SQ filter belongs to no electricity control, no valves, no special
operator, with no auto backwash system and water tower model. When
increasing the suspend material of upper filter media, the
filtering water flow speed reduce gradually and the tank body water
level increased accordingly till fixed rated height (negative
pressure), it becomes siphon (absorption), a few minutes later, the
water stream will soon change flow direction together with water
from high level water tank from bottom into upper, when the water
in high level water tank reduces max. Lower position to break the
air incoming of the hopper then stop siphon, the water flow soon
back to original flow direction.
The device has no default with high water-saving,
electricity-saving, human-saving function; it can be applied in
matching automation project.

Technique Function
It in non e-control filters by running upon water gravity pressure
and mechanical principle. It can be divided into gravity style and
pressure style. Below is main for gravity style, if want to
pressure style, we will special design and provide solution for you

2.No backwash device with lower running water nozzle (0.06MPa) save
electricity over 20%.

Mounting and Maintenance:
1. It can be running by connect inlet, outlet and discharge pot
pipe.
2. Installation Requirements vertical deviation ≤ ± 1.0mm.
3. Must install a pressure gauge on the water pipe (0-0.6MPa).
4. This water filter need add filter media every 6 months, first
stop water coming and drain it clean , then open man hole to
add filter media into design height , each year do a haul: follow
first step to drain out water , open the man hole to take
used filter media out , then the operator can enter into the filter
to check and maintain it by checking balance tank flexible
working or not , if needing replace rusted parts and
filter cover , let jammed filter cover go through and add
filter media into design height.
