1.LW36kV SF6 HV Overload Switch Circuit Breaker Load Switch

 

LW36-126/T3150-40 outdoor high voltage SF6 circuit breaker uses SF6 as the insulating arc extinguishing medium. It can connect, transmit and disconnect the normal circuit current in the high voltage transmission line; It can also operate the short circuit current or overload current of switchgear. Its structure adopts porcelain type, which can carry out the operation of three-phase opening and closing and automatic reclosing. It can protect and control the transmission line in the 50Hz and 126kV line.
The circuit breaker adopts self-extinguishing principle and is equipped with spring mechanism. When the circuit breaker gets the break command, the rigid parts are moved down by the cylinder, the active arc contact, and the rod under the action of the break spring. When moving, the main fixed contact leaves the active main contact, and the electric current moves to the arc contact, and the arc contact leaves, and an arc appears between the fixed contact and the active contact. When it breaks off the short current, the high capacity current causes a lot of energy between the arc contacts, and the hot gas flows into the thermal expansion chamber, where heat energy is exchanged, and the gas becomes low temperature and high pressure. Now, because the pressure in the thermal expansion chamber is greater than that in the auxiliary chamber, close the check valve of the interrupter. When the current value is zero, the high-pressure gas in the thermal expansion chamber blows back to the gap, and the arc goes out. When it breaks a small current (less than a few thousand amperes), due to low energy, the rising speed of gas pressure in the expansion chamber is slower than the auxiliary chamber, the check valve opens, the compressed gas blows into the expansion chamber, the gas flows, when the current value is zero, the arc goes out.
