1: What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our clients demands, we welcome trial order
before mass production. We generally recommend a minimum order of 2
units as a sample trial.
2: How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just
tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors.
Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
3: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI,
cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing
screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
4: Is this bottle able to go in the dishwasher?
A: The bottle is not dishwasher safe, because certain detergents
may harm the exterior of the bottle. We recommend using warm water,
dish soap and a bottle brush. It's quite easy to clean.
5: Is the carrying strap durable?
A: Yes, the strap is very durable. Our customers haven't had any
problems with it breaking so far.
6: Can you do our logo or brand on the products?
A: Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design,
