Product Description
Orthopedic fiberglass Casting Tape is made of knitted fibreglass or polyester fabric, impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin. It is used for orthopedic illness or fracture from external wound, to preserve fixation or wounded joint. It is an upgraded product of tranditional plaster bandage.
Product Features
[High Strength,Light Weight] The consumption of orthopedic casting tape will be 1/3 of plaster cast at the same fixed position.
[Porous and good permeability] The holes on the product make good air-permeability and prevent skin from infection itch and smell.
[Fast hardening] Hardening process of orthopedic casting tape is very fast and it only takes 3to 5min to start hardening and can bear weight after 20min in contrast with 24hours hardening for plaster cast.

two-thirds the width of the roll Keep the proper tension and take
care to avoid excessive tightness Excessive looseness will reduce
the adhesion between layers, excessive tightness will affect the
blood circulation of injured parts D.Smooth and rub the surface to achieve good contact between layers.
Finish the whole operation in 3- 5 minutes. (Overtime will affect
the adhesion and molding.Injured parts cannot move before the
sufficient cure of cast.) [Tip]cast trimmed or removed with electric plaster saw equipment.
