Hospital-Grade Ultrasonic Nebulizer for Respiratory Therapy -
Efficient Medication Delivery
Operating Instructions:
- This device should not operate continuously for more than 4 hours.
- Fill the water tank before turning on the device and empty the
water tank after turning it off.
- The chip is a consumable item. If there is reduced mist output or
intermittent misting, replace the chip.
- If there is no medication or the device operates continuously for
more than 4 hours, please shut down the device promptly to prevent
damage.
- Medication Cup and Cup Cover Installation:
- Place the medication cup directly into the water tank (ensure the
tank is filled with an appropriate amount of clean water).
- The cup cover must be securely installed on the medication cup and
rotated to lock it in place; otherwise, it may result in no mist
output or medication splashing.
- Align the arrow on the cup cover with the solid circle on the
medication cup to lock it.
- Align the arrow on the cup cover with the hollow circle on the
medication cup to unlock it.

Equivalent Volume Particle Size Distribution
The atomized solution for measurement is distilled water, with a
temperature of 21°C to 23°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 50%.
The median particle size of the aerosol generated by the nebulizer
is 3.7μm, with an error not exceeding ±25%. The equivalent volume
particle size distribution is as follows:
- Do not stack the oscillating membrane.
- Do not stack multiple membranes as it may result in reduced mist
output or no mist.
- Turn off the device promptly after nebulization to avoid damaging
the membrane.
- If the membrane is aged, damaged, or fuzzy, affecting mist output,
replace it with a new one.
- Water Tank Filling Instructions:
- Before turning on the device, fill the water tank with clean water
at a temperature of 20°C to 30°C until it reaches the red water
level line in the tank.
- Insufficient water may lead to no mist output and should not fall
below the minimum water level alarm line. Excessive water may cause
overflow and damage the machine or pose safety risks.
- Ensure the corrugated tube is securely inserted.
- When installing the corrugated tube on the medication cup cover
mist outlet, ensure it is tightly inserted to prevent medication
leakage from the joint.
- Do not turn on the device without the corrugated tube installed as
it may result in medication splashing.
