Features of Telescopic Beam Electric Rebar Lifting Magnet

Telescopic lifting beam consists of one central traverse and two telescopic arms. The arm opening is either manually operated or electric motor-operated. The advantage of telescopic magnetic lifting beam is in the possibility to set the spacing of magnets depending on the length of the transported load.

Lifting Electromagnet is special equipment which utilizes the electric&magnetic physical quantity to lift materials and has become indispensable when to lift and transport ferromagnetism materials in lines of metallurgy,mine,machinery, shipbuilding and transportation,etc.

Permanent magnetic lifter advantages

Electric permanent magnet system only use electricity at the moment of magnetic charging and demagnetization, no need power during working process, no temperature rise, save electricity power more than 95% compared with electromagnet, big reduction of using cost.
Both lifting permanent magnet and control system weights are light, can reduce the lifting equipment load,improve lifting weight.

The magnetism of Electro permanent lifting magnet is from 2 kinds of permanent magnetic materials with different natures. Maximum magnetic force is up to 16kgf/cm2.No need electricity power during working, avoid the lifting magnet system magnetic power loss and the risk of sucked material falling down when power sudden failure or connection cable damaged. No attenuation even passed away long time, with great security during using.

2. What's the Difference Between Electromagnet and Electro-permanent magnet?
Both industrial magnets are electrically switched on/off. The main difference lies in 2 points.
First, electromagnet works on consistent electric power; if cutting off the power supply suddenly, it losses magnetic force. What distinguishes electro-permanent magnet from electromagnet is that the former does not use electricity during working. If cutting off the power, it can remain holding/lifting/gripping/clamping of the load.
Second, due to continuous power input, electromagnet has heat generation which might affect its workholding effectiveness during machining. Whereas that is no problem to EPM.
