Braided hydraulic hoses are fundamental fluid conveyance solutions
for various equipment and applications with wide operating pressure
ranges, optimal levels of abrasion resistance, long-lasting
durability and high-performance transfer capabilities.
Common applications include:
Hydraulic system service with petroleum and water-based fluids, for general industrial service.
Petroleum and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, fuel and lubricating oils, gasoline, water and other industrial fluids
Logging, construction, mining and other off highway applications
Focusing on the intelligent transformation and upgrading of coal mine hydraulic support manufacturing, we have carried out technical research, took multiple measures to solve the problem of "stuck neck", produced and developed differentiated mining braided/wound hoses, supporting the use of Litong Technology's mining U-shaped pin quick couplings , It can meet the requirements of hydraulic systems such as comprehensive coal mining units to transport coal oil, water-based hydraulic oil or water under extreme high pressure and harsh conditions without pressure, and improve work and production efficiency.
Purpose: Suitable for coal mine hydraulic supports, integrated coal mining unit hydraulic system to transport mineral oil, water-based hydraulic oil and water, and can be used at -40℃~+100℃ (-40℉~+212℉).
Hose structure: It is made of special rubber with good oil resistance and weather resistance, and is reinforced by copper-plated steel wire; the appearance is black smooth or black cloth pattern. The hose implements the MT/T98-2006 standard.
