Low Heat Emission
This is by far one of the most important reasons for the usage of LED PCBs.
The most traditional source of light in a circuit or otherwise, has always had a problem with heat emission. This was because the emission of heat is an inevitable thing since it is an intrinsic property of electricity.
In the case of LED PCBs however, this isn’t much of a problem, since the problem is greatly diminished. It should be noted that the key point here is diminished and not nullified, for the heat is still generated, albeit so minuscule in comparison to that of traditional sources of lighting.
Furthermore, many of the emerging technologies come coupled with heat sinks, which allow for even a minuscule amount of heat to be eliminated. This in turn makes the entire circuitry and other components run at a relatively very low temperature.
