Base plate

Force taking device
The force taking device is the most important part of the aerial work vehicle. Rotating mechanism
The on-board part of the high-altitude vehicle, relative to the off-board part of the relative rotational motion becomes a rotation, and the mechanism for achieving rotation becomes a rotation mechanism. The rotary mechanism is composed of hydraulic motor, tachometer, rotary support, center rotary joint, rotary table, etc. The hydraulic motor rotates through the pressure oil output from the hydraulic pump, driving the reducer, the reducer reduces the speed of the hydraulic motor, the output torque to the pinion, the pinion drives the large gear on the rotary support connected with it and the car is integrated, thus making the rotary table rotate. Amplitude shifting mechanism
The amplitude changing mechanism is a device that changes the distance between the altitude working platform and the rotating center. It is mainly composed of variable amplitude hydraulic cylinder and its connecting rod mechanism. Expansion mechanism

Levelling mechanism

Lifting mechanism

When the subframe is driving, the upper working device is firmly connected with the chassis, and all the loads generated by the upper working device are transmitted to the earth through the leg structure during high-altitude operation. Therefore, the subframe should have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the connection is firm when driving and the foundation is stable when operating. There are two forms of subframe structure, one is a closed box structure, a double longitudinal beam form similar to the chassis girder of the car, using two channel steel as a longitudinal beam, and the beam is connected between the two longitudinal beams.
Leg structure
