Each system is composed of multiple components.

 

Base plate

    The chassis is one of the key components of the aerial work vehicle, generally using the chassis of the truck, it can realize the quick transfer function of the aerial work vehicle, and provide the source power for the aerial work.

 

Force taking device

    The force taking device is the most important part of the aerial work vehicle. Its function is to take out the power of the chassis of the vehicle and provide it to the modified part as a power source. The aerial work vehicle generally adopts the force taking device, that is, the force taking device is installed in the specially designed force taking device of the chassis gearbox. When the modification part is not used, the power take-up gear and the transmission output gear should be detached to avoid unnecessary power consumption. The mechanism that pushes the gear of the force extractor to engage or disengage is called the force extractor operating mechanism. Force taking control includes pneumatic operation and mechanical operation in two forms. There are also engine flywheel force and transfer box force. The force taking device converts power into hydraulic power by means of transmission shaft or direct connection with hydraulic oil pump.

Rotating mechanism

 

    The on-board part of the high-altitude vehicle, relative to the off-board part of the relative rotational motion becomes a rotation, and the mechanism for achieving rotation becomes a rotation mechanism. The rotary mechanism is composed of hydraulic motor, tachometer, rotary support, center rotary joint, rotary table, etc. The hydraulic motor rotates through the pressure oil output from the hydraulic pump, driving the reducer, the reducer reduces the speed of the hydraulic motor, the output torque to the pinion, the pinion drives the large gear on the rotary support connected with it and the car is integrated, thus making the rotary table rotate. The function of the center joint is to transmit hydraulic power and electrical control signals to prevent the entanglement of hydraulic pipelines and wires.

Amplitude shifting mechanism

 

    The amplitude changing mechanism is a device that changes the distance between the altitude working platform and the rotating center. It is mainly composed of variable amplitude hydraulic cylinder and its connecting rod mechanism. For the telescopic arm model, the two ends of the variable-amplitude cylinder are respectively connected to the turntable and the basic arm; for the folding arm and the mixed-arm model, the two ends of the lower variable-amplitude hydraulic cylinder are respectively connected to the turntable and the basic arm; the two ends of the upper variable-amplitude hydraulic cylinder are respectively connected to the lower arm and the upper arm. Through the hydraulic oil to push the amplitude of the hydraulic cylinder expansion and achieve the boom structure pitch, thereby changing the operating range of the platform.

 

Expansion mechanism

   The telescopic mechanism is arranged to achieve the telescopic boom, so as to achieve the required boom length. Generally including telescopic cylinder, telescopic boom, telescopic chain (or telescopic wire rope), the telescopic cylinder and cylinder rod are connected with the basic arm of the telescopic arm and the second arm respectively. The third arm is connected with the basic arm through the chain around the pulley fixed on the second arm, forming a movable pulley group. The fourth arm is connected to the second arm by a chain around the pulley fixed on the third arm to form another movable pulley set. Levelling mechanism

   The role of the leveling mechanism is to ensure that the platform is always level when the working arm changes amplitude, so as to meet the stable standing of the operator. Aerial work vehicles usually use the following three balancing methods: mechanical leveling, hydraulic leveling, electro-hydraulic leveling.

 

Lifting mechanism

  The partial folding arm model is equipped with a lifting mechanism for lifting heavy objects. It generally includes a hoist, a hook, and a lifting arm.

 

Winch: Winch, also known as lifting reducer or hydraulic winch, is driven by hydraulic motor, and the outer ring is wrapped with multiple layers of steel wire rope, through which the traction tension is output. The main parameters to measure the lifting performance are single rope tension, rope capacity, braking torque and so on.

 

Hook: Used for lifting objects.

  Lifting telescopic arm: Generally, a retractable lifting arm is set inside the lower arm to increase the lifting height, but the lifting load capacity is reduced accordingly.

   When the subframe is driving, the upper working device is firmly connected with the chassis, and all the loads generated by the upper working device are transmitted to the earth through the leg structure during high-altitude operation. Therefore, the subframe should have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the connection is firm when driving and the foundation is stable when operating. There are two forms of subframe structure, one is a closed box structure, a double longitudinal beam form similar to the chassis girder of the car, using two channel steel as a longitudinal beam, and the beam is connected between the two longitudinal beams.

 

Leg structure

   When the subframe is driving, the upper working device is firmly connected with the chassis, and all the loads generated by the upper working device are transmitted to the earth through the leg structure during high-altitude operation. Therefore, the subframe should have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the connection is firm when driving and the foundation is stable when operating. Turntable structure

In order to ensure the safety of the working personnel, the height of the hanging basket guardrail is at least 1m, the width of the hanging basket is not less than 450mm, the internal area is not less than 0.36m2, and the width of the hanging basket door is not less than 400m. The bottom of the basket shall be a non-slip surface.
