Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
Answer: We are a professional leather belt manufacturer and provide OEM /
ODM service.
Q2: Can I have my own logo/label on the products?
Answer: Yes, we can make your logo/label base on the details of your
design, such as printing,embroidery and heat transfer logo. And we
have supplier who can make labels and hang-tags for you.
Q3: What is your process for an order?
Answer: Confirm design → Make sample → Offer quotation –>Place bulk
order → Pay for deposit → Proceed production → Inspection → Pay for
balance → Ship goods.
Q4: What is your lead time for sample and production?
Answer: In general, our sample lead time is 7-15 days, and production lead
time is 25-40 days.
Q5: How do you guarantee your products quality?
Answer: We will send TOP sample or shipment sample to you for approval
before ship out goods. Or you can designate your QC or third party
to our factory for products inspection.
Q6: How can I pay?
Answer: You can pay by T/T, L/C, Western Union.T/T 30% as deposit and balance before delivery.
Q7:Can I get samples?
Answer: Yes, we usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Sample shipping will be paid by client or use their own express account.
Q8:How to deliver?
Answer:Small orders sent by express such as DHL,FedEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, ect.
Large orders sent via sea or air.
