The steel plate handling wagon get electricity from the rails which is insulated, because it is added with insulated materials. The electricity is passed through wheels to the steel plate handling wagon. High electricity is transformed by transformer in to low safe voltage. If running distance is beyond 70 meters, extra transformers are added.
