Product Introduction

 

Mileflex is made from extruded thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties.

The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.

Inner tube and cover: Smooth PU cover and tube.
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
Operating Temperature Range: From -60° F to 176°F (-50° C to 80° C)
Standard Color: Black, other colors available per request
Standard Length: 50ft, 100ft, 300ft/91.5m, 330ft/100m, 660ft/200m; other lengths available per request;
Couplings: LDHC V couplings, LDHC FM Couplings, LDHC S (Storz) Couplings, etc.
