Polyester bonded thread:
We use polyester bonded thread for stitching craft. Needle gauge:
The needle gauge of the inflatable products is really exquisite.
It’s neither too long nor too short. If the pinholes is too close
on per unit length, the PVC tarpaulin may easily break from strong
tension; while if the pinholes is too far on per unit length, the
airtightness of the products will be badly affected.
All our products make 4 to 5 pinholes per inch, the best gauge
according to rich industry experience.
