The differences between 4442 chip cards and 4428 chip cards in
terms of indicators:
1. The 4442 chip card has 32-bit protection memory, 256byte
EEPROM;, and the 4428 chip card has 1024 bytes of EEPROM.
2. The 4442 chip card is a 3-byte user password, and the password
error count is 3 times, while the 4428 chip card is a 2-byte
password, and the error count is 8 times.
3. Temperature range: 4442 chip card temperature range is 0 ℃ ~ +
70 ℃, while 4428 chip card temperature range is-35 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃
The difference between the 4442 chip and the 4428 chip is also
mainly reflected in their functions:
4442 each byte of the chip in the write reserve can be write
protected separately. After write protection, the content can no
longer be changed (that is, solidified data). Before the password
is checked correctly, all data can be read. If necessary, the data

bytes, address space, except for the password, all data can be read
out under any circumstances, the password can be read out after
checking the correct password, and all the data, including the
password itself, can be written or changed after checking the
