Product Description

Our company's latest R&D manufacturing HSYJ-16-2500 series slide moulding press machine, mainly used for the filter press plate on filter press machine, also widely used in plastic, composite materials, steel, automotiveinteriors and other kinds of materials moulding processing. We also can provide the customized operating platform and add theejector institutions as customer's requirements, in order to faclitate to release mould and remove products. The machine main body adopts the structure of combining the integrated framework and slide rail, comparing with the traditional four-column hydraulic machine, it has the advantages of low cost, simple operation and convenient maintenance etc.

The hot press is used for laminating MDF/HDF to make the door skin. It worked by overlaying melamine paper or veneer on MDF/HDF with high pressure and high temperature to melt the glue. For making the beautiful design texture on the door skin surface, it should be install the door moulds between each heating platens.

This laminated door skin is used for laminated door, it is totally different from natural wooden door. Using laminate door skin can help us to save the trees as well as to bring us the beautiful doors for our house.
