Product Description

HSYJ-800T to 1600T Series hydraulic press machine for door skin suitable for moulding and veneering of melamine door skin,natural wood door skin. This hydraulic press machine for door skin adopts spring synchronous closed structure, can stop at any position according to the production preocess(or position-limit control), and the residence time can be adjusted. The press holding time and pressure set automatic control. Two operaing mode(manual and automatic) are convenient for customers to choose.

Ordinary multi-layer press is mainly suitable for the production of wood panels,laminated-board,multilayer plywood,and can produce the high-glossy board.the main feature of the multilayer press is the number of layers,one can press 4 to a dozen.because it does not have an automatic feeding in/out system in its standard style,so,the press is more dependent on manual operation.but,if required,we can supply the automatic feeding in/out system to customers.

This kind of hot press primarily refers to the special multilayer press,it is not noly has all the advances of the normally multilayer press ,but also can with the function of heating oil cold in and cold out,and it is mainly used for high glossy board in currently marcket.
