The ASP1000 microporous plate heat sealing machine, also known as the sealing machine or membrane sealing machine, is an affordable and economical semi-automatic heat sealing machine that prevents sample loss and spatial cross contamination caused by evaporation and leakage of various microporous plates (PCR plates, deep well plates, enzyme label plates, and cell culture plates) during the detection process by sealing various specialized heat sealing membranes. Suitable for ordinary rubber sealing film, heat sealing film, puncturable heat sealing film, optical heat sealing film (quantitative PCR), and permanent heat sealing film. Replace manual sealing to ensure firm and uniform sealing of the board, avoiding cross contamination.
The design of the microporous plate heat sealing instrument is compact, practical, and easy to install, without the need for compressed air. Fast heating, real-time display of the temperature of the sealing plate, and automatic detection of the height of the microporous plate. The sealing temperature and sealing time can be set - it is also a companion for PCR instruments and quantitative PCR instruments!

1. Rapid heating (up to 170 ℃ within 300 seconds);
2. It does not require the operator to press hard, which can achieve a neat and firm seal, and also avoid situations such as skewness or loose adhesion;
3. Suitable for various types of microporous plates and heat sealing membranes;
4. Accurate temperature, time, and pressure adjustments ensure the stability of the sealing plate;
5. The intelligent motor controls the entrance and exit doors. If hands or other objects obstruct the closing entrance and exit doors, the intelligent motor will reverse to protect users and instruments;
6. The automatic standby function can save energy. When there is no action within 60 minutes, the instrument enters standby mode and the temperature of the instrument automatically drops to 60 ℃ to achieve energy-saving effect;
7. When the instrument is inactive for 120 minutes, it enters a "deep sleep" mode, turns off the display screen, cuts off the power supply to the heating element, leaving only a weak current supply to the core components of the control board. Press any key again, and the instrument will return to working mode;
8. Equipped with a specially designed mechanism with flexible design, the entrance and exit doors can be separated from the instruments for easy cleaning and maintenance of the heating plate;
