Device application description
This equipment is specially designed for burr removal on the same
plane or near the same plane, including severe flanging or even
deformation, such as soft copper, aluminum, sawing and processing
flanging deformation burrs, even serious to poor plasma cutting
equipment or laser cutting processing and franging deal with.
The equipment uses three work stations, or more stations (one of
which is exposed to the outside of the work station), for
continuous rotation processing, such as a deburring part processing
line. Up to 15 deburring tools can be installed inside the device
according to the deburring position of the part. The burrs on the
outer surface of the part can be removed at one time. Finally, the
parts can be polished according to customer requirements, deburring
and polishing can be done once, and parts are deburred. Whenever
you need to set a time parameter required for processing to adjust
the speed, (the time setting can be modified on the computer at any
time on the operation panel). If necessary, the device can be
automatically indexed by multiple stations, except manual. In
addition to loading and unloading, the rest of the work can be done
automatically. Due to the simultaneous processing of multiple
stations, the cycle time is very short and the processing
efficiency is very high.

Equipment use:

Equipment structure:
From 1 to more stations (passivating the main unit), the same

the workpiece.

customer requirements. Deburring and polishing are completed in one
time. When the parts are deburred, the time is continuous, time,
speed, strength, parameters (set on the computer's upper panel of
the operation surface, can be modified at any time), including
memory, open the data to complete set up. The equipment adopts
multiple stations for automatic indexing and positioning. Except
for manual loading and unloading, the rest of the work can be
completed automatically, because multiple stations are used for
simultaneous processing.
