With more than 800 staffs, various loom, folding machine, sewing machine, sterile package equipment and bandages machine of l,000 sets, ETO and Steam sterilizer and pure oxygen roll-type-bleaching lines. Our Surgical dressing/Medical supplies production capacity is more than 800 x 40' FCL.
Our main production focus on Medical Gauze Series, Non-woven Series, Absorbent Cotton Series, Bandage Series, which are widely used for Wound care, Dental Disposable, Surgical/OR, First Aid, Home care, and Cosmetic.The products include but not limited to Absorbent Cotton Gauze Roll, Gauze Swabs (Sponges), Laparotomy (Abdominal) Sponges, Gauze Ball, Non-woven Swabs(Sponges), Elastic Bandage, Gauze Bandage, Cotton Filled (Dental) Sponges, Tracheostomy (Drain) Sponges, Absorbent Cotton Wool, Cotton Ball, Cotton Pad, Wound Dressing Pad, Tape & Plaster, and so on. All of these products are available in multiple specifications; in sterile or non-sterile package. Meanwhile we can also supply the other products according to customer's specific requests and samples. In 2005 we passed the audit of IS013485, a professional requirement for medical devices. In 2009 we passed the audit of EN IS0 11135-1 for ETO sterilization. In 2017 we got the certificate of EN IS0 17665-1 for steam sterilization. Meanwhile, we also passed the FDA factory audit. We can assure you the higher and more stable quality by our strict QA/QC systems.
With the professional inspection team and complete inspection facility, we can carry out all related testing items according to USP, BP, EP etc. Meanwhile we have own Bioburden/Sterility testing facility and measures, in which can make all the related testing and control.
