Tungsten carbide buttons for Mining & oli drilling &
chisel rock
The mining buttons find their application in
cutting and grinding tough rocks. We use high grade raw materials
to make the mining buttons in a perfect matter. It is developed and
tested in multiple stages before supplying as a product in the
market. Processing includes high temperature sintering and shaping
at defined periods. Additional grinding, lapping and polishing
processes are also used. Used in tools like Down hole drilling
bits, tricon rock roller, underground cable layers etc. Application
fields are- mining, automotive, engineering, construction and
petrochemical industries.

Our advantage of making tungsten carbide button bits is that we are using HIP sintering for minimizing the porosity of carbide blank for increasing the transverse ruputure strenth (TRS). It is very suitable for high quality requirment for making carbide bottons to be ued in high and medium pressure DTH Drilling.
