1. Driving sytem: We use Simens servo motos to drive the two shaft of die roller. Each motor will be used for one die roller shaft. Make sure running is accuracy and stable.

2. Die roller alignment automatically. Two servo motor will make sure the die roller could be in same one level perfectly. Siemens PLC also montior the alignment between two dier oller in real time. Once it is not right, the machine will stop immeditely.

3. Automatically gel ribbon thickness adjust. With automatic gel spreader box and gel ribbon thickness measurement system. The softgel encapsulation machine could control and set the gel ribbon automatically. It could also montior the reset the gel ribbon thickness automactically. It could save time and montior gel ribbon in real time.

4. Injection volume adjusment on HMI. Easy to operate and more accuracy. With two standard alone servo mortor of Siemens, it could drive the injection medicine/ material pump in accuracy and precious. Make sute the moving distance of injection plungers is control in very precious and accuracy. Our machine could also be used to make 70-80mg smallest softgel capsules. This mean the filling volume is very accuracy and precious.
