What are the characteristics of Incoloy 800?

INCOLOY 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed with good strength and to resist oxidation and carburization

at elevated temperatures.The high nickel content (30% Min.) makes the alloy highly resistant both to chloride stress-

corrosion cracking and to embrittlement from precipitation of sigma phase. The general corrosion resistance is exce

llent.

In what applications is Incoloy 800 used?

Furnace equipment parts, muffles, radiant tubes, heat treat trays, cracker tubes, manifolds, food processing etc.

As per surface treatment of EN Incoloy 800 flange, we could do Anti-rust Oil;Black /Yellow Paint;Hot-dipped Galvanization as per the requirement of the clients

The material grade of EN Incoloy 800 flanges is by forging as per the standard of ASTM B462.
