Description
The polish part is about surface treatment, which is composed of normal polish and mirror polish. Normal polish is also difficult on the casting. If there is broken on the surface of the casting, we can not do mirror polish. For if broken exsited, after polishing, the broken also exsited. After normal polish, the part is more beautiful, more bright.

A: Our factory is located in ningbo city, zhejiang Province, China, near Shang hai. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong airport directly.

Q: What is the lead time?
1. If we will start this project, we will start the tooling make and samples, which will be about 40-45 days after we received the PO.
2. If do the mass production, the lead time will be 20-30 working days after receiving the PO.

How to test the part?
1. When we do the wax mould, we will choose 5-10 parts to test the wax shrinkage, and also test the life of toolings.
2. Before pouring, we will test the material and do the material report.
3. After Pouring, we will choose 10-20 parts per furnace to do the measurement.
4. When doing the after treatment, we will measure some of the parts per day.
5. After after-treatment, we will use testing toolings to test every parts.
6. Before shippment, we will test 5 parts or the quantity customer want to do the report, and will send the material report and meausrement report together with productions to customer.
