Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery Features

 

By combining a newly developed corrosion resistance alloy and advanced curing process, we created a range of long life batteries- Duration range. The range features top termination and offers 10 years design life.

 

1. Using oxygen recombination technology: maintenance-free.


2. Pb-Ca-Sn alloy for plate grids: less gassing and less self-discharging.


3. High quality AGM separator: extend cycle life and prevents micro short circuit.


4. ABS material: increases the strength of battery container(Flame-retardant ABS is optional).

1. Good Floating Performance
 

12V series VRLA deep cycle batteries are produced through internationally advanced technology and modern equipment and designed by fully type performance test. The positive plate uses high-tin alloy grids with strong corrosion resistance. The float charging life of battery can reach more than 5 years.

 

2. Excellent over-discharge tolerance
 

Adopting dedicated ultra-fine glass fiber separators with high porosity and high wet-elasticity, combining with tight assembling technology, the battery has a high tolerance for super over-discharge. After 5 times of over-discharges which cause the short circuit, battery tolerance
restoration can reach more than 95%.

 

3. Super Cycling Ability
 

Special gel electrolyte additives, curing process at high temperature and high humidity are employed to delay the softening of active material, therefore the deep cycle endurance is improved up to 50%, especially the anti-passivation (anti barrier layer) capacity of positive plates during
reaction when batteries are used for small load and small current discharge.

 

4. Stable Consistency
 

Precise,quantitative,low temperature,vacuum acid filling method,advanced and environmentally friendly container formation technics ensures battery stable consistency.

 

5. Large Current Discharge Performance
 

Small plate distance and high pressure tight assembly of plate group could enhance the ability of
large current discharge performance.

 

6. Safety and Reliability
 

Our patented terminal sealing construction and the cuing process of the adhesive at high
temperature, ensure no acid leakage from the roots of terminals, and therefore ensure safe and
reliable operation.

 

7. Maintenance- free
 

Due to dry-type design, gas produced from the battery internal system would all recombine and
form into water. So the VRLA battery don’t need filling water to achieve battery maintenance-free.

 

8. Various installation types

 

The special AGM separators can absorb the electrolyte, thus there is no free acid inside the battery,
and therefore both vertical and horizontal positions are allowed when the battery are to be mounted.
