SPC5777CDK3MMO3 Power Architecture® MCU is suitable for industrial and automotive engine control applications requiring advanced performance, timing systems, security and functional safety capabilities.
SPC5777CDK3MMO3 features two independent Power Architecture z7 cores running at up to 300MHz and one z7 core synchronised with one of the main cores.
SPC5777CDK3MMO3 allows for advanced filtering using on-chip burst hardware with the integrated eTPU timer and sigma-delta ADC converter. On-chip secure cryptographic protection (tamper-proof using CSE and TDM) helps to meet ASIL-D and SIL-1 functional safety (ISO26262/IEC61508) requirements.
