Glass Washing Machine LJLBQJ2500

Automatic Horizontal Glass Washing and Drying Machine LJWBQJ2500
used for cleaning and drying the upper and lower surfaces of
ordinary plate glass and high quality low-e glass,it is composed of
incoming segment, cleaning air-drying segment and out goingsegment.

In the washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash
low-e glass, four pairs of water spray.
The material in the washing and drying section all made by
stainless steel.
The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and
drying section of the IG line.
The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and
suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and
design section
The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front
and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transfered. No
mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass
pass through smoothly
The axle and bearing of brushes are stainless steel , that all keep
the machine can washing well and live for a long time.
The who drying machine use the sound insulation design.can reduce
the noise.

LJWBQJ2500 used for cleaning and drying the upper and lower
surfaces of ordinary plate glass and high quality low-e glass,it is
composed of incoming segment, cleaning air-drying segment and
outgoing segment.
 
 
Structural characteristics
1.Aluminum alloy assembled structure, no scrap concept, permanent
use,high efficiency, energy saving 70% efficiency；
2. The rest of the sheet metal parts are sprayed with advanced
mechanical paint or powder；
3. The shaft of rubber roller is made of stainless steel ；
4. The washing part in contact with water is made of stainless
steel；
5. Cleaning department, wind staff overall lift, the maximum lift:
350mm,easy to clean and maintain；
6. Three pairs of brush(Ø150mm)Stainless steel shaft configuration
(low-e glass, ordinary coated glass and sunshine coated glass can
be washed without damaging the coated surface)；
