About size and tolerance
 
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers support customer’s component design from the planning stage until its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components. As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50 g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a maximum weight of about 120 g.

You paid the mould so it all belong to you forever, and we will give lifelong maintenance. If necessary, you can take this mould back.

Q. I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?

It can take 3-5 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexityand the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool,you can expect delivery of parts within 3-5 days.
