Dual Shot Injection Molding Description:
Dual Shot injection Molding means shot twice in the same tooling,
the tooling includes two cavities but the same Core, first
injection molding is to shot the substrate part, hard part and then
the Core turn 90degree to have the substrate to the new cavities to
shot the second time, the second time shoting raw material can be
soft material or hard material, We have very good experience of
dual shot injection molding process, and have been in the area for
almost 8 years,
For many parts requirement, the dual shot injection molding is
needed such as for some lens , keypad handle etc..
