3, The manufacturing process of the cross mainly includes hydraulic bulging and hot pressing.
4, The hydraulic bulging of the cross tee is to use a special hydraulic press to inject liquid into the tube blank with the same diameter as the cross tee.
5, The two horizontal side cylinders of the hydraulic press move synchronously to extrude the tube blank, the volume of the tube blank becomes smaller, the liquid pressure in the tube blank increases.

13, Hot pressed cross has wide adaptability to materials, which is suitable for low-carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel; especially for large-diameter and thick pipe wall cross, this forming process is usually adopted.
14, Butt welding cross is a pipe fitting made of steel by hot pressing or forging. Its connection form is directly butt welding the cross and steel pipe.
15, The main manufacturing standards of butt welding cross are generally GB / T12459, GB / T13401, ASME B16.9, SH3408, SH3409, HG / T21635, Hg / T21631, SY / T0510.

3. Specification: seamless from DN15 to DN600 ; seamed from DN15 to DN1200.
4. Surface treatment: sandblasting, rolling, pickling and polishing.
5. Wall thickness: 1.2mm-6mm r = 1.5D.
