Description

4. The extruding deformation of stainless steel butt welded equal tee belongs to elongation deformation. When it is large to a certain extent, the material will produce necking at the edge of the hole, and then crack.

5. Therefore, the main problem of extrusion forming is to prevent the edge of the hole from cracking, and the ultimate deformation degree of one-time extrusion is mainly limited by the elongation of stainless steel.
